if only light green its means that LKis in bootlader mode, load upgrade file again by tftp (standard console program form windows or linux).

in windows tftp –i 192.168.1.100 put „upgrade file.bin”.

1.You use cross cabel?
2.Do scan port 69, maby IP LK was changed, when scan you find proper IP.
