Can not upgrade to 2.10

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade LanController to the last version of the firmware.
I followed the instruction on the manual.Switched off the module. Plugin the power connector. and then press enter:

I tried also with Lan Controller Tools.
Same result.
I can see with wireshark the TFTP packet sent from my PC to the Lan Controller module but there is no response.
Any advice ?

This upgrade procedure works correctly:

Open a prompt command and digit:
tftp -i -v ipaddressLanController PUT lan_module_ver_XXX.bin
before pressing Enter press the reset button on LANKontroller and hold the button down
after some seconds the tftp transfer start (the -v flag allow you to see the details of the transfer).
Release the reset button.
After about 90seconds the transfer will be completed.
