1-Wire DS18B20 sensor mapping

What is the chance to make static mapping for DS18B20?
Inp6 = sensor ID=64-Bit Serial Code
Inp7= sensor ID=64-Bit Serial Code
.....
Because if i connect 4 x DS18B20 (All will be OK). What will happen when i disconnect one sensor?
If needed can be build in in firmware...? And when you need to change sensor just upload customized firmware.
What resolution is set for reading DS18B20?
How many often is refresh reading from 1-wire bus? every 1s?

Yes, we add static mapping for DS18, about 1 month
