POE does not work

Hello All,

I have 2 LanController (3.5-3.6), boughted a few amonth ago. Then i tried them via standard 12V adapter and worked. I was really happy to solve what i needed (0-10 V creating via PWM).
Now i wanted to intall TCs and i really surprised that not powering on via POE. I tried the other one, and the same. 

I am using a Zyxel 8 port POE switch and there is a professional AP that also Works with PoE, and it Works fine (55V)

What do i need to do to powering them via PoE?

Hi,

LK has a power passive not activ.
You must have a switch with PoE passiv.
