manuly ON output

Hi,

I have a fitmware 1.41b

I have set events (see picture) and can not manually turn ON OUT3 ..

Condition - DS4 and DIff1 always shuts off my output (if no conditions are OK)

Is it good behavior? In the previous firmware, I would manually turn OUT ON

Or outputs are manually switched on only for the completed events?

I tagged all of the "Per" shelf and then nontagged them and the outputs are now switched on manually and behave as in the previous firmware
