SNMP Trap faulty

Good morning.
I have problem with LK3.8 (SW 1.61) and SNMP trap. I cannot receive packet on Linux SNMP trap server. Packet is delivered to server, but not processed by SNMP.
tcpdump :  V2Trap(68)  .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3=81870 .1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1=.2.8112.0.0.0.0.0.0 .1.3.6.1.4.1.7616.2.0=0 [no asnlen]
part of debug log: snmptrapd version 5.8 while parsing VarBindList: (parse header length 1 too short: need 2)

WireShark is not able to decode message correctly. Decode result is: Maformed Packet.
   

Other devices are working properly.

SNMP server: NET-SNMP Version:  5.8 running on Rocky Linux 8.

I tried send SNMP trap to test windows server PRTG, there is all OK.

I have also issues with SNMPv3 and LK3.8 FW1.62, the UDP 161 snmpv3 connection is not stable ... it may be related to the above issue!
