Low voltage event

Hi I am trying to use the event facility but I am struggling to understand exactly how it works.

I would like a relay to turn off a device when the voltage of the board reaches 11.5v but also to turn the relay back on when the supply has reached 12.5v.

Is this possible, if so how? The manual I have downloaded does not reflect the latest firmware.
