sending notification from INP1

Hi,
i have question about Event config...when i put in INP1 email notification (in my case when temp is less then 15C send mail) email arrive...but its not one email, but in one minute its about 50 new emails with that notification.
And this state continuos till temp will be not over 15C .... is it possible to change some setting, that notification email will come only one in for example 5 min or we have chance to change that by our self?

Maybe you have to small hysteresis at INP1 ?
