relay does not switch on event, email is OK

when i setting events INP3 OUT0 OUT4 (see picture)

first everything works OK - relay switches, email goes.

INP3=22V OUT0 ON
INP3=25V OUT0 OFF
INP3=23.5V OUT4 ON
INP3=20.5V OUT4 OFF
when INP3=22V, email send OK

After some time stop relay be switched (still off), only email works normally (when INP3=22V)
Currently 2.29 firmware, but I tested all the available firmware version - same problem.
It will help me a full reset, load again firmware.
I have 2 pcs of LAN RELAY, both work the same.

browser reports: ERROR: Connection to board was lost.
PING is OK.
and by using LAN_Controler_Tools_v1.2.exe I can restart, then again LC is available.
but the relay does not work - no switching events
I have to do a hard reset and sometimes upload firmware.

Can you drop (use wireshark) packet betwen Lk and computer when you lost communication?
