LAN v3 not working after latest upgrade

Hi,

I tried to install the latest upgrade to my LAN v3 controller, firmware 1.37b right from the control menu of the device. After I pressed "upload file" it showed the message "404 file cannot be found" and I could not log to it ever since.

I tried to upgrade the firmware also by shorting the service pins procedure, but the tftpd appears not to be able to do anything. When connected directly to the computer via ethernet cable I cannot ping the device, although if I connect it to the local router network I can ping it - but still unable to access it.

Is there any way to solve this issues?

"upload file" is only to upload only www part(you my creat own www and upload by this).
To upload all firmwere you must use TFTP and run LK3 i bootloader mode.
use jump service, run LK in bootloader mode, put new firmwere by tftp client
