Ntp setting v 2.17

I tryed to setup ntp on version 2.17 and the time offset does not seems to work correctly..., first of all the time is always 1 more day , say we are 9th of july, it shows as 10th of july... i tryed many different values for time zone , with no results...

What ntp server are you using?

I tryed many ntp servers , 209.87.233.53 132.246.168.164. those are good ones for Mikrotik... I even tryed my Local , on the very same LAN , Mikrotik router sntp server with no success... of course , my client was working previously...
