INP1-3 are digital input (detect LOW (below 1.2V) or HIGH( above 2,3V) state) and standard max VCC is 5V if you want use 12V or 24V, you must add resistor about 500-1000 ohm.

If you want mesure power VCC or other external VCC you must on VCCwarn, I add eng. instruction
