Yes, I have tried with another LK3 and the result is the same: the modem does not communicate with LK3, that is, the LK3 sends nothing to the modem via UART.
Check without connected sim900 if tx uart is changed
Yes I have checked without SIM modem and it is the same: LK3 sends nothing on the UART port.
Also, the voltage level of the UART TX is 0V - according to UART specification the voltage should be +VCC. Sounds to me like UART TX was not initialised property in the firmware?
