Email service providers for LK3.7

Hello, 
Can anyone please suggest some email providers that are confirmed to be working on LK3 ? I can't use GMail because it is blocked in the place where I want to use LK3.
Is it mandatory that the same email ID used for registration must be used for sending emails also?
