DHCP Problem with LK3

Hello,

I have a problem with one of the LK3's I own. The device was working normal for weeks now, and suddenly it stopped working. When I tried to connect to the LK3 it was not visible on the LAN. So reverted to factory settings (long press of the button) and then the device works only with default IP. When I enable DHCP I get ON-ERROR. I do not understand what could be the problem. I have other LK3 connected to the same router, and it works normal.
