Problem with relays

Hello,

I have problem with relay configuration. After restart i need all relay in OFF state ( the same state applies when is controller without power), every time after restart they switch ON. I tried change in network setup relay state after restart, but no response.

In event config I have configured Input2 ( you can see in attachments) . I need following logic :

In out power state contacts are NO. After start Out1 will be ON if is 1V on Input 2. If well be 2V on Imput2 relay Out2 came in ON state and if will be 5V on Input2 relay Out3 came in On state. This logic I need to control fan speed in recuperation unit.

you set 9 and 1 in OUT1, this mean: is input2 is 1V or less the out1is ON, is input2 is more than 1V but less that 9 V out1is OFF.
Problem is propably if you have input2 0,99 V or less, use histerezes about 0,05
