I am currently experiencing a problem with 4 LK4 LTE devices.
I have correctly configured all 4 devices to work with MQTT. Three of them are connected via LTE, while one is connected to a fiber internet box.
After configuration, the LK4 devices correctly display “MQTT CONNECTED”. However, after a few minutes, hours, or sometimes days, the MQTT connection is lost.
When I travel to my customers’ sites, I find that the LK4 devices display “MQTT DISCONNECTED”. I then have to restart the LK4 several times before the MQTT connection is restored.
This problem is particularly troublesome, as it requires me to regularly travel to my customers’ sites to restore the connection.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem and find a permanent solution?
I am using version 1.44.
