delay for out and event

i would like to ask you for a delay to enter the output or events ..
or the input delay (ds1 out1 = 1)

You want to set out about 5 minut later than ds1

is it possible to improve LK3 with this function in event or option time for out ON/OFF? (the function can be used as a security element)

example pumping water:

INPD1 = low level
INPD2 = hight level

when INPD1 = 0 => out1=1 (start pump)

when INP2 = 1 OR (INPD1 = 1 max 30s) => out1=0 (stop pump)

OR

when INP2 = 1 OR (out1=1 (max 30s)) => out1=0 (stop pump)
