PWM frequency

When the board off / on then it has a different frequency than I set. The interface writes that it has mine set, but it does not output it. The set frequency is only activated when I move the duty slider. Until then, it is still set to default. All firmware.

I'm in the LK3 section and I also wrote that all firmware does it. 1.55 does it too.

I've tested on LK3.0 v1.55 with multimeter. When pwm output is turned on, changes in frequency box result in change in multimeter, without need of changing duty. Though the duty must be non-zero (my multimeter was unable to measure frequency when duty was <20% and frequency was 100k Hz).

As for turning board on/off the state of output is not preserverd after restart, so by default the pwm output is turned off and there is no output signal.
