What do you mean by not activating?
After start PWM outs are not active.

Unfortunately to me at every start is active .
I am using Version: 1.51b1 in LK3 and https://www.ledats.pl/en/kontrolazasilania/3282-expansion-board-v3-on-off-pwm-overlay-tr-lk3.html?search_query=LANKON-088&results=79
I may have some wrong regulation ..

First questins is how you use PMW out, as normal OUT (on/off) or as PWM out?
You have sets PWM as normal outs.
