SNMP TRAP on INPxD change doesn't work LK2 - dennis - 02-20-2017

I want to get SNMP TRAP (http get is also ok) on INPxD change.
But currently LK2 sends nothing on INPxD change. What am I doing wrong?
HW:2.0 SW:3.15
Manual says that snmp trap works on 3.13, do I really need to downgrade?
Here are my settings:

I was tested on 3.15 soft and this works. Check by wireshark if Lk send any ethernet acket

Sure I checked it. LK sends nothing. See attachments.

(Forum only allowed to attach 3 images, so I did not post it initially)

PS I tried to downgrade to 3.13 also, but no luck too.

Desparately waiting for reply I downgraded fw to 3.13 (beacuse documentation states 3.13, not 3.13+). It did not help. But now when I tried to upgrade it back to 3.15 via "Lan Controller Tools_v1.2" and make another dump and network setting screenshot, "Lan Controller Tools" crashed several times and finally LK2 became brick.
So to answer your question, network setting was static ip 192.168.7.110, netmask 255.255.255.0, and Trap Reciver IP was 192.168.7.34 (like on screenshot). But I cannot make any fresh dump or screenshot from that device.

Now I got fresh device from a new shipment and it sends SNMP Trap correctly. By now button press detection was already done via fast http polling. Ugly but works.

PS Your "Lan controller Tools v1.2" is unstable (Windows 8.1 x64 on Intel i7) , but that's topic for another thread.

By the way, what should we do with bricked device? Do you have some manual or faq?
