tcPDU issue with SW 1.22-tcPDU - Vchris - 07-10-2024

After Setup Set Time of return and Event device not Start
Steps to reproduce

Set Factory Reset with button
Login to default IP
Set DHCP
Set Time of return to 60 and Set the output after starting to Enabled <<Pic1>>

Setup Email settings
Test Email Ok
Add Event <<Pic2>>

Test Event power off (out1name)
Get Email notifications and the output return to ON

Restart Device from <Firmware And Backup  ->>Restart>
Or Cut the Power from device and reconnect

The device not Start any more you must Use the Reset Button

And if use factory reset the <<Set the output after starting >> is not Enabled
and not all output ports go ON

The Restore from backup Function  and the Import Data Function
Oweride the MAC address to the Device
Thanks

Hi, we know this issue and are working on a solution.
To mitigate it you can increase outStartOnTime (Set the output after starting) to a value, high enough that LK will get the address from the DHCP server, eg. 15 [s]. This way, we are delaying sending emails, which is problematic here. However, this workaround works only for power resets. In contrast, a software reset will still make the device inaccessible (as long as the output used in Events was on before the software reset).
