I have a LAN CONTROLLER HW2.0. I changed the firmware from V3.06 to V2.03 with the tool "LAN Controler Tools_v1.2.exe."
the exchange went well, the tool displays the ver. v2.03 but http does not enter.

I tried to put the V3.06 but the same result.

what can I do?

You must reset LK to default settings. Hold the button pressed (near RJ11) about 20s, when relay click twice
