Hello,
I need some help. I try to configure watchdog, but something is wrong.
I'd like watchdog to ping my IP every 5 seconds with a ping timeout of 1 sec. If last 10 ping times are higher than 1sec (timeouts) it should consider IP is down and toggle relay.
I have a test IP. With this IP I can simulate ping delays. This IP now has 2000ms ping time for testing.
My settings of watchdog:
Ping failures: 10
Ping wait time: 1s
Ping period: 5
With these settings, watchdog thinks IP is online. But it should be offline. I attached a screenshot to demonstrate the issue.
Am I doing something wrong?
